Mistake #1: Always apply after the first entry to Australia, Do not apply TFN from home country (Be it TFN or Medicare)

Mistake #2: For every doubt you have, refer only to Govt. websites or call them up. Try refraining yourself taking advice from friends/relatives or social media.

Mistake #3: Arrange your accommodation before visiting your place of residence (Try to stay close to Friends/Relatives before you get familiarity with the system)

Mistake #4: Do not take car outside, without reading the rules

Mistake #5: For every application, you have three ways, be it online application, by email or by phone. If you are tech savvy, do it online and try to take the screenshot of your acknowledgment for future reference.

Mistake #6: For every application process, they might take 2–3 weeks, avoid temptation to re-apply. Stay patient.

Mistake #7: Try not to delay any applications, as you get free time in initial days, keep working on initiating the process of applying TFN, Medicare, Photo ID Card & Driving License.

Mistake #8: Always carry your documents beforehand and keep them organised while producing them as proofs. Work Time is highest priority in here.

Mistake #9: Get your visa document checked in Vevo app as soon as possible

Mistake #10: Before opening your bank account, ensure to keep all your home country id proof’s with you.
