One of the key roadblocks for many Parents with Neurodivergent children not having regular jobs is “Micro-management”. Imagine, when most of our time revolves around the kids with high uncertainty, we cannot really engage in Daily Standup calls, weekly reviews or quarterly Targets which 98% of the current companies follow to control their employees to justify their 8 hours a day — job.

So, I want to start a Network based job portal which strictly abides to ‘Takiwatanga Principle’ (work at your own space & time). We can collaborate with Social Entrepreneurs, Artists, Neurodivergent Advocates and ND affirmative Therapists to expand it further.

Idea is still at nascent stage, but open for discussion/comments for way forward. Cheers, pal.
